Reasonably priced hotel, the idea of having deluxe queen room was great. The staff was helpful and always greeted us. Units with comfortable beds. Having central heating, flat screen cable TV and a microwave oven was very convenient...

The location was nice: a market and stores were within walking distance.

My bed was a bit too soft, unfortunately.

Overall it was clean and updated with comfortable beds. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available too. Marvellous location to get better prices near Banff national park was a plus. Kinbasket Lake was also easy to reach.

The Beautiful Queen Room was decent-clean and spacious, nice. But the toilet didn't flush how it should, and the shower drained really slow. Didn't love that the walls seem a bit thin. I could hear the neighbors. The views outside were great, though, and it was super close to everything. Staff were friendly at check-in, a plus.

Particularly good location, 15 mins walk to city centre.

Can recommend for a brief stopover

Clean room, friendly staff, with basic amenities like a tv and electric kettle, made our one-night stay enjoyable and convenient for exploring the area, especially since it was located just a five-minute drive from downtown.

This place was excellent! Recently renovated, the rooms are clean and roomy. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed a particularly cozy bed. Don't miss the adjacent Indian restaurant-amazing food! Perfect spot for exploring the nearby national park. Definitely will return!

The fine mountain view from our room was the highlight! The room was cozy and clean, but the internet kept dropping, super frustrating. A good stay 🌄

Didn't like anything, except cleanliness.

The room fell short of cleanliness expectations, with noticeable signs of neglect, like the dirty coffee maker and yellow stains around the toilet hinge. Noise from adjacent rooms and common areas made it hard to get a decent night's sleep. Conversations and plumbing sounds seemed to carry easily through the walls. The light configuration left us scrambling for outlets right by the beds. It felt overpriced for the state of upkeep and comfort of our stay.

Great hot tub and comfy beds. Check-in took too long.
